It is important to pay your employees correctly and on time in order to maintain a happy and motivated work force. With the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI), employers have the extra responsibility of sharing payroll figures with HMRC on a monthly basis. TSP can take full control

of the payroll function to ensure employees are paid the correct amount and on time as well as dealing with all the annual returns (forms P35, P60, P14 and P11D) on your behalf. We will also calculate tax, NIC, student loan, statutory payments such as sick pay and maternity pay, deductions from earnings, salary sacrifice, pension deductions and other relevant payments and deductions including tax code changes.
